Description
The Town of Bienfait is just beginning a formalized asset management plan. Beginning in 2014 with the completion of the Official Community Plan, the town has taken steps towards asset management, including a policy and procedure element to their Official Community Plan. This project will in effect, attach the implementation to a long term capital plan, and reduce or eliminate reactive planning.
