Description
The Municipality of Powassan will fill asset management inventory gaps for signs, sidewalks, and curb & gutters; collect PCI data for all asphalt and surface treated roadways, gain access to StreetLogix software to assist in capital planning and asset management financial planning for roadway works. The Municipality will also develop an O.Reg 588/17 compliant Asset Management Plan for core municipal assets including asset management strategies, levels of service, and financial strategies. The Municipality shall achieve these objectives through the employment of an asset management consultant, and employing StreetScan to conduct surface condition analysis on Municipal roadways and record inventory data for roadside assets.
