Description
The Township of Douro-Dummer will develop an Asset Management Policy and develop data collection tools. They will furthermore complete the PSD Asset Management Maturity Scale, and implement new asset management software. This project will ensure the municipality is equipped to analyze organizational gaps in asset management, create long-term strategic plans, and report on progress. Roles and responsibilites related to asset management policy will be clarified through the project, ensuring that asset management planning is effective, and infrastructure investment decisions are appropriately informed.
