Description
The City of Wetaskiwin will create and execute an Asset Management Strategy to improve the accuracy and quality of asset information, by implementing an enterprise Asset Management solution. The City’s Asset Management module will be GIS-centric with robust capabilities to manage repair and maintenance activities, inventory, asset performance monitoring, and reporting for the City’s fixed (linear and nonlinear assets) and non-fixed assets.The goal is for the City to develop and implement a flexible and scalable system to collect in-field asset data, manage workflows, improve capital and operating budgeting, lifecycle planning, and communication while managing risk and levels of service for the assets.
