Description
This project is to assist in funding training for core team members who will be responsible for theimplementation of the Gravenhurst Asset Management Plan. Through training of additional staff, ourasset management plan will become operationalized in our municipality. In addition to training, themunicipality will be implementing a web module that will allow for multi-year needs based capitalbudgeting.
