Description
The Town of Balgonie will implement an Asset Management project, focusing primarily on improving organizational competencies in the areas of policy and governance, people and leadership, and data and information. The Town will establish an asset management committee, finalize an asset management policy, and evaluate decision making approaches.The Town will engage external professionals (engineers and service technicians) to inspect and assess the Town’s critical assets (i.e. water, wastewater, storm management and primary transportation roadways). This inspection will provide the data and information foundation for the Town’s asset management initiatives.
