Description
The Corporation of the Municipality of Southwest Middlesex will develop an asset management policy, implement asset management software, and undertake training in asset management and the use of the software. The Corporation will identify staff roles and responsibilities, and improve its reporting and forecasting abilities with the software module. The corporation will provide asset management and software training for staff thereby ensuring buy-in for our program. Together, this will lead to making better informed infrastructure investment decisions.
