Description
The Corporation of the Municipality of Kincardine is proposing a project consisting of retaining technical experts to perform vehicle-based condition assessments for road and sidewalk surfaces, refining the replacement costs, and defining timelines for replacement of these assets. The asset database will be updated with this information in order to provide Council and staff with useful and meaningful information, which will allow for improved decision-making. The program will allow for the continual improvement of Kincardine’s asset management practices, including goal setting and identifying priority activities to achieve those goals.
