Description
This Village of Sayward will review and update its current Asset Management Strategy with the goal of making it more implementable. As part of this work, the Village of Sayward will update the asset inventory, the base mapping, the risk assessment, the prioritized replacement schedule, and the accessible maintenance management plan. The Village will enter an implementation phase that will focus on capital planning, funding strategies, and orientation for staff and Council.
