Description
The Town of Lampman will implement an Asset Management policy and planning program. The Town willfocus primarily on improving its organizational competencies in the areas of: policy and governance; people and leadership; and data and information. As part of this project, the Town will establish an asset management committee, develop an Asset Management Policy, and introduce other basic governance tools. The Town will inspect and assess its most critical assets (i.e. water, wastewater, and primary transportation assets). These inspections will provide the data and information foundation for the Town’sasset management initiative
