Description
The City of Pembroke will fill information gaps in its asset inventory for facilities including the water tower, water reservoir, Operations facilities, Library, City Hall, and various Community Centres through Building Condition Assessments (BCAs) to review the building structures, exteriors, interiors, HVAC systems, and condition ratings of components and equipment. These will provide the City with a 20-year capital expenditure forecast of suggested repairs/replacements. The BCAs start a new process of obtaining asset conditions within City facilities for future planning, improving practices from its current age-based system. Further, the project includes the City’s development of current levels of service for all assets listed.
