Description
The County of Haliburton will prepare and analyze scenarios for a new 10-year capital road rehabilitation plan through retention of a consultant to carry out a road condition assessment, update existing road condition data, and calibrate against other municipalities. The County will increase staff knowledge regarding asset management (AM) techniques by attending AM-specific training. Update the current AM strategy using new techniques obtained from the Asset Management-specific training.
