The Village of St. Louis will develop and Asset Management Plan that will include comprehensive infrastructure condition assessments by a municipal engineer performed on all roads, sidewalks, culverts, lagoon, and waterworks system. The comprehensive Asset Management Plan (AMP) will include strategic planning regarding construction, maintenance, renewal and replacement of assets, and up to date valuations of infrastructure assets.
