Description
The Rural Municipality of Antler No. 61 project includes improvements to asset inventory data and collection of asset condition information, and the development of the first Infrastructure Asset Management Plan (AMP), which will include all infrastructure asset types. The R.M. will also compile opportunities for improvement during development of the AMP and use this to develop an Asset Management Strategy and Roadmap; supporting continuous improvement following completion of the project.
