Description
These projects are designed to improve the town of Sackville overall asset management capacity throughdeveloping an organization-wide understanding of asset management and implementing key stepstowards an asset management program. With this new capacity the town will be able to make betterinformed infrastructure investment and management decisions. The development of a holistic assetmanagement program requires several key steps including a strategic asset management policy,improved asset data through condition assessments on key asset categories, and the development of anasset management plan. The proposed projects will aide in the implementation of a comprehensive andsustainable asset management program in Sackville now and into the future.
