Description
The Community Council of Brent’s Cove will implement a three-phase asset management initiative. Phase1 of the initiative will include creating an asset register for fixed infrastructure assets and setting up ageographical information system (GIS). Phase 2 will include prioritizing the Community’s asset register interms of consequence of failure and probability of failure. Finally, Phase 3 will include capital and policyplanning and will end with a workshop for both Council and staff.
