Description
The Town of Kipling will develop an Asset Management Plan and Asset Management Policy document that will guide the Town's Asset Management (AM) decisions. The Town will also develop an asset Risk Management Plan document and an AM Roadmap along with a Condition Assessment and inventory of the Town’s assets. Activities completed will assist the Town in understanding assets owned, the status of those assets, future required assets, and to incorporate the purchase or renewal costs into the Town’s annual budget.
