Description
The Municipality of Calvin will develop an asset management policy, implement asset management software, and undertake training to fulfill its provincial requirements. These activities will assist the Municipality in identifying staff roles and responsibilities, as well as improve its reporting and forecasting abilities with its software module. In addition, the Municipality will also provide asset management training to assist overall staff knowledge in asset management and ensure buy-in of its program. This new capacity will ensure that the Municipality is building an effective asset management program that will assist with making better informed infrastructure investment decisions.
