Description
Through this project, the Town of Gravelbourg will develop of a policy statement, based on the proposed asset management plan. The Town will develop performance measures, conduct a condition assessment, and complete a life-cycle optimization analysis in delivering a comprehensive infrastructure sustainability plan for all the asset groups listed in its TCA register. This study will determine performance levels and optimal funding allocations; it will identify and minimise risk, and address the infrastructure deficit; it will deliver a long-range sustainability plan; and will deliver a short-range detailed maintenance and capital treatment strategy.
