Description
The Township of Malahide will hire Watson & Associates Economist Ltd (Watson) to assist in the update ofits Asset Management Plan (AMP). The scope will include defining asset criticality, establishing levels ofservice, and developing the preferred asset management strategy and financing plan workplan. Theprocess will include consultation with Council prior to finalizing the complete AMP. Moreover, the processalso includes presentation of the draft AMP to the general public for input prior to it being finalized andadopted by Council. The AMP will allow the Town to comply with Provincial regulatory requirements andOntario’s Building Together Guide.
