Description
The Rural Municipality of Estevan No. 5 project includes improvements to asset inventory data and collection of asset condition information for 411 km of roads, and development of the first Infrastructure Asset Management Plan (AMP) which will include all infrastructure asset types 411 km of roads, 8 bridges and 3 large culverts, 5 municipal buildings, 23 km of water and sanitary infrastructure (12 km and 4 lagoons), and fleet and equipment. The RM will also compile opportunities for improvement during development of the AMP and use this to develop an Asset Management Strategy and Roadmap, supporting continuous improvement following completion of the project.
