Description
The Town of Parsons Pond will develop an asset management policy to guide decisions on services andinfrastructure. The Town will conduct an assessment of service levels and risk to service delivery toidentify high priorities for infrastructure replacement and renewal. The Town will generate a refined Stateof Infrastructure Reports that will reflect the levels of service and the risk assessment outcomes; thereport will present the information in an easy to read and understand format for Council and the public.The Town of Parson’s Pond will prepare its 5-year capital program and prioritise renewal andreplacement projects through its risk assessment process
