This study will result in an urban agriculture strategy to include in the officiaplan, making it a truly innovative and unique planning document in Canada. It will evaluate opportunities for rooftopagriculture, small-scale commercial greenhouses, tank-based aquaculture, solar aquatics, edible landscaping for privatedevelopers, fruit and nut-bearing street trees, and community gardening.
