Description
The Town of Salmon Cove will conduct its Asset Management project in three phases:o Phase 1 will be creating an asset register for the Towns fixed infrastructure assets and utilizingusing a Geographical Information System (GIS). Asset groups to be captured are the Town'swater, sewer and road networks as well at its buildings and facilities.o Phase 2 will allow assets to be prioritized in terms of consequence of failure and probability offailure and critical assets will be identified.o Phase 3 will focus on the high priority assets (identified in Phase 2) and capital and operationalstrategies and policies will be developed.
