Description
The Municipality will create and maintain an asset management program for all of its asset classes. The goal is to contract Northbound Planning to perform asset condition reporting so all assets are properly recorded and that the collected data is accurate. The RM will be utilizing the New PubWorks program to validate current data, and it will provide training to staff.Once initial asset data has been created and validated, various office staff will be assigned to continue updating information such as maintenance/repairs, purchase/sales of equipment etc. This will not only ensure assets are kept up to date moving forward but will assist administration and council with budgeting/forecasting and future capital planning
