Description
The Town of Heart's Desire will capture all major assets (water distribution, sewer, trails and road networksas well as major municipal-owned buildings and structures) in electronic format. All linear assets will becaptured in GIS format. Buildings and structures will be assessed and recorded in spreadsheet format. Inaddition to a fully functional Desktop GIS, an easy-to-use web mapping application will also be provided forthe non- technical users.The Town will also generate Preliminary State of Infrastructure Reports (SOIR) on life expectancy, conditionand replacement costs of each major asset group using open-source spreadsheets.
