Description
The Town of Yarmouth (TOY) aims to update the Linear Asset Inventory (Water, Storm, Sanitary, Roads) through various data collections methods to determine the condition, future replacement costs and remaining useful life. Then based on the results of the data collection and reporting, a Capital Demand Study will be created which will suggest when and where infrastructure dollars should be invested for the Linear Assets (Water, Storm, Sanitary, Roads), and a Sub Asset Class Specific Asset Management Plan will be created for Lead Service Laterals which is a Sub Class Asset to Water Pipes.
