Description
The Town of Didsbury will develop a comprehensive inventory of the assets in their open spaces, including pathways, play structures and other parks equipment, and a condition assessment of those assets, in order to develop an annual capital improvement plan for these assets including the financial impact to the Town. The information acquired will be set up in an inventory listing, a condition assessment report, an open spaces asset management plan, and a public PowerPoint presentation document. The asset management plan will be presented to Council for their endorsement.
