Description
The Town of River of Ponds will develop an asset management policy to guide decisions on services andinfrastructure. The Town will conduct an assessment of service levels and the risks to service delivery, toidentify high priorities for infrastructure replacement and renewal. Town will generate a refined State ofInfrastructure Report that will reflect the levels of service and the risk assessment outcomes; the reportwill present the information in an easy to read and understand format for Council and the public. TheTown of River Ponds will prepare its 5-year capital program and prioritise renewal and replacementprojects through its risk assessment process.
