Description
The Town will undergo significant data improvements/upgrades that will provide robust frameworks on risk, lifecycle and levels of service, improve financial information, as well as water, sewer and storm data and develop condition assessment guidelines. In addition, the Town will work on overarching program development, providing a short-term roadmap for the AM program and a financial strategy. Further, staff will undergo training to better understand how to effectively move AM forward for the Town. These actions will be integral to building a sustainable program and working towards compliance with provincial regulations.
