Description
Middlesex Centre's will update its asset management plan to advance its internal asset managementprogram. Specifically, the Municipality will complete the following based on its current data gap analysis: Compilation of the Municipality's most current asset data, with a focus on on core assets (roads,bridges, water, wastewater, stormwater and buildings); Determine the state of Local Infrastructure; Determine the appropriate levels of service, and Develop the Municipal life-cycle and financial management strategy.Once the initiative is completed, the Municipality will have accurate and complete inventory data, anupdated asset management plan, updated policy, financing strategy and a life-cycle managementstrategy.
