Description
The Village of Keremeos will utilize the datasets and models collected over the past years to develop a detailed Asset Management Investment Plan (AMIP). The resulting plan will provide a direct relationship between the Village's growing Asset Management practices and the existing long-term financial planning practices. The AMIP will look at linear water, sanitary, storm, and road assets, as well as non-linear Village facilities. Existing datasets and models related to condition, criticality, and risk will be considered when determining planning timelines for asset investment forecasting
