Description
The Seal Cove Community Council will implement a three-phase asset management initiative. Phase 1 ofthe initiative will include creating an asset register for fixed infrastructure assets and setting up ageographical information system (GIS). Phase 2 will include prioritizing the Town’s asset register in termsof consequence of failure and the probability of failure. Finally, Phase 3 will include capital and policyplanning and will end with a workshop for both Council and staff.
