Description
The Rural Municipality (RM) of Hazel Dell will generate Asset Management Plans (AMP) for Buildings and Equipment. The RM will assess its current state of AM as it relates to Buildings and Equipment, financial shortfalls, and recommended actions by conducting a comprehensive review of Buildings and Equipment and generate a Prognosis and Gap Analysis Report. The RM will then generate Reports on Levels of Service, Knowledge Transfer, Risk Management, and Finance. The RM will improve data for Buildings and Equipment and expand the use of PubWorks to allow for enhanced report generation for budget and strategic planning purposes. To continue the knowledge transfer policy of Stage 1, the RM will host an information gathering session to identify key people and collect pertinent information. A report will be written which details the information collected. A second report will be drafted which makes recommendations on how the information could be incorporated into the AM program.
