The Town of Winnipeg Beach will develop an Asset Management Plan for administration and Council to better understand the current and desired state of infrastructure and the associated costs, levels of service and risks. To create this plan, the Town will collect asset data in an asset replacement forecast database, create an Asset Management Policy, and prepare a 20-Year Asset Management Investment Plan.
