Description
The City of Cranbrook has undertaken Phase 1 of its Water Quality and Supply Master Plan that will serve to ensure an adequate, long-term supply of water to the community. A key objective of Phase 2 of the project, which is the phase addressed in this agreement, is to update the City’s Water Asset Management Plan, including preparation of an Asset Management Plan, and a Risk Assessment and Management Plan for the City’s major water supply and distribution assets. The Plans will guide the City in implementing improvements in asset management and operational planning to build long-term financial sustainability.
