Description
The Hanwell Rural Community (HRC) will develop a formal asset management plan. HRC will develop A Council policy, a complete asset inventory, condition and risk assessment, a high-level climate vulnerability assessment, and a long-term financial plan as part of this initiative. HRC will assess all its municipal assets to determine remaining life and current replacement cost. These assets include land, leasehold improvement, signs, furniture and fixtures, fire equipment, emergency equipment, automotive equipment, computer equipment, buildings, parks and trails, park equipment, pavement and parking lots.A workshop will be held for Council to identify priority services and municipal goals and develop policy objectives to align with strategic priorities.
