Description
Development of an asset management plan for the Municipality's core assets including transportation, water, sewer and buildings. The project will involve municipal staff learning about life cycle costs of the various services provided and assist Council's future decision making to ensure they work toward long-term sustainability of services.By working on this project with other local municipalities and a major employer (Mosaic) in the region the RM of Calder No. 24 will be able to use the region’s asset plan to support future economic development decisions and also ensure the region's sustainability.
