Description
The RM of Lajord will complete analysis of gaps and risks, identify level of service objectives and develop a strategic asset management plan to prioritize development and implementation of asset management. In addition, the project will include inventory, condition assessment and an investment plan. Finally, a monitoring and reporting strategy will be developed and implemented to update Council on progress and initiatives.
