Description
The Village of Perdue will assess their water, sewer, storm and road infrastructure assets and implement a GIS database for the Village to manage the assets. Once a condition assessment has been completedfor each of these infrastructure assets, priorities will be determined with a capital cost for each to allow the Village to better plan for the capital works programs and budget accordingly. A condition assessment report including a capital plan and critical asset list will be prepared. The Village will also develop a draft asset management policy and a draft asset management plan.
