Description
The Town of Sidney will develop elements of an asset management strategy and program for the Town's wastewater and stormwater network. This asset management program project will implement a formalized and consistent approach to managing the Town’s assets including lifecycle planning and a levels of service framework that will guide planning and budgeting processes. In addition, elements of a strategy will be developed to guide the Town in identifying a practical future state for managing Wastewater and Stormwater asset portfolios and outlining specific initiatives and timelines to meet objectives.
