Description
The purpose of this project is to develop five asset management plans for the City of Warman for Transportation & Stormwater, Water, Wastewater, Buildings, Facilities & Equipment, and Parks & Land Improvements. The City will also conduct an asset management maturity assessment, policy and strategy to guide future asset management efforts. This project will involve municipal staff in learning about and discussing levels of service, risk and life cycle costs associated with providing various services. These first draft plans will support Council decision-making to ensure the City is working towards long-term sustainability of services for their community.
