Description
These projects are designed to improve the Municipality of Strathroy –Caradoc’s asset management dataas well as its overall organizational competency in asset management. With this new capacity theMunicipality will be able to make better informed infrastructure investment and management decisions. Thedevelopment of a holistic asset management program requires several key steps including the developmentof a strategic asset management policy, an improved approach to asset data collection and integration, andan organization-wide understanding of the importance of asset management. The proposed projects willaid in the implementation of a comprehensive and sustainable asset management program in Strathroy-Caradoc now and into the future.Activity
