Description
"The City of Melfort will develop risk and lifecycle frameworks, data collection guidelines as well as
undertake data work. The development of these frameworks will allow the City to gain an advanced
understanding of its critical assets and effectively plan for future maintenance based on data driven
decisions. Further, a more holistic picture of asset data and long-term lifecycle costs will assist in long term planning. Finally, the frameworks will be critical in the development of future asset management
plans and ensure alignment with provincial regulations.
