Description
The Township of Blandford-Blenheim will develop an Asset Management Plan, risk and lifecycle frameworks and undergo Asset Management training. The development of the Asset Management plan and risk and lifecycle frameworks will allow the municipality to gain an advanced understanding of assets performance and effectively plan for future maintenance based on data driven decisions. The development of the Asset Management plan will be critical in complying with provincial regulations and enhancing overall understanding of the Asset Management program. Further, having risk and lifecycle asset information will be critical in continuing to advance asset data and having more involvement from staff across the organization.
