Description
The District of Squamish will focus on improving its existing Asset Management Plan by integrating newly collected asset data as well as considering risk and level of service. The goal is to identify an asset replacement budget that is grounded in risk and level of service. Following this activity, the District will build a long-term financial model that will be supported by a better understanding of the risks associated with the current funding gap as well as the strategy to bridge that funding gap over time.
