Description
The Rural Municipality of Cymri No. 36 will compile basic data from its current Tangible Capital Asset Software. Once compiled, the R.M. will create a usable database that can be exported into a conventional format that will include road segments by the kilometre, including township, range, section and location. The R.M. will inspect all roads and large diameter culverts, for their class, condition, capacity, functional capacity, importance, estimated replacement year and estimated cost of replacement. The RM will also inspect buildings and input into the asset management/TCA software. Mapping of roads will create a municipal road construction map that will provide a time frame for the roads reconstruction schedule based on the condition rating.
