Description
Under the scope of this project, The County of Prince Edward will assess the current state of local infrastructure within the municipality and assist with the development of an asset inventory database. Training has begun on newly integrated asset management software. The County will begin to determine levels of service and commence lifecycle planning. At the same time, the County will begin to prepare a financial strategy related to asset management and will ultimately prepare an Asset Management Plan Report.
