Description
In order to build capacity in asset management, County of Stettler No. 6 will undertake the completion of an asset management policy, asset management and data maturity assessment reports, data work, training workshops, and the development of data collection protocols and condition rating criteria. These projects will assist in identifying the county program and data gaps, improve its data collection methods and overall data picture for the municipality, and provide an improved understanding of the county asset management program and general asset management concepts. This new capacity will ensure the county is building an effective asset management program assisting with making better informed infrastructure investment decisions.
