Description
The Township of Centre Wellington will complete a Comprehensive Road Condition Assessment and Needs Action Plan (CRCANAP) to collect urban and rural road condition data using automated pavement condition survey methods combined with windshield surveys for all paved roads. The resulting data will be analyzed for asset management planning, prioritization of future capital projects, operational programs, and budgetary impacts. The CRCANAP will identify best practices, assess historical data, recommend levels of service and associated funding levels, and prioritize the Road Maintenance Program for road rebuilds, minor rehabilitation, and ditch and roadside improvements required to maintain Township roads in a safe and satisfactory state.
